How to find your Amazon order number?

ONOAYO projectors are sold on Amazon, so the number we need is the 17-digit Amazon order number, formatted like XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX. It is the proof of purchase in our system and the key to your warranty record.

Here is where to find it:

Step 1: Login your Amazon account and click "Your Orders" in the Account & Lists page.

Step 2: Find your order and click "Order details". Then you will see your order ID.
