This Privacy Policy explains how ONOAYO (“ONOAYO”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit onoayo.net (the “Site”), register a warranty, or contact our support team. We act as the data controller for the information described in this policy.

ONOAYO projectors are sold on Amazon. This Site does not sell products and does not process payments, so no card or billing details are collected here.

We collect only what we need to serve you:

• Warranty registration information — the name and email address you give us, the 17-digit Amazon order number that serves as your proof of purchase, and the product it covers.
• Support request information — details you submit when asking for help, such as your name, email address, order number, where you bought the product, a description of the issue, and any images you choose to attach. Where we arrange a replacement accessory, we also collect the delivery address you provide.
• Technical information — device type, browser, IP address and pages visited, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

We use personal information to:

• register, activate and administer your 3-year warranty;
• answer support requests and provide technical assistance;
• arrange the after-sales service you ask for, such as sending a replacement accessory or handling a return or exchange;
• prevent fraud and secure the Site;
• comply with the legal obligations that apply to us;
• improve the Site and, only where you have opted in, send you marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time).
