Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website onoayo.net (the “Site”). The Site is operated by ONOAYO (“ONOAYO”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By browsing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

ONOAYOdesigns home and portable projectors and related accessories, which are sold on Amazon. The Site itself is an information, warranty and support site: it does not take orders and does not process payments. Purchases are made on Amazon and are governed by Amazon’s own terms.

We work to keep product descriptions, images and specifications accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all content on the Site is error-free. Colors and on-screen renderings may differ slightly from the physical product. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Every ONOAYO projector is covered by a 3-year official warranty. Because our products are sold exclusively on Amazon, the 17-digit Amazon order number is the proof of purchase in our system — register it on the Warranty page to activate coverage.

For products eligible under the warranty we provide:

• free replacement or reissue of product accessories (such as remote control, power cord, manual);
• technical support and system upgrades;
• returns and exchanges, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

The warranty does not cover products not purchased from Amazon, unauthorised repair or disassembling, products with expired warranties, products without sufficient proof of purchase, products or parts with an altered or removed identification label, damage due to fire, floods, lightning or other forms of force majeure, damage due to normal wear and tear, an improper environment (including improper temperature or humidity), or lost or stolen products.

The full warranty terms and the claims process are set out on the After-Sales Service page. The warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

When using the Site you agree not to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or data;
• use the Site to transmit malicious code, spam or fraudulent submissions;
• scrape, copy or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who breaches this section.

The Site and all of its content — including the ONOAYO name and logo, product names, text, graphics, photography, video and software — are owned by or licensed to ONOAYO and are protected by trademark, copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may browse the Site for personal, non-commercial use; no other licence is granted.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONOAYO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. This section concerns the Site itself; the cover we provide on ONOAYOproducts is described in the “3-Year Warranty” section above.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies to your use of the Site. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were most recently revised.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ONOAYO is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you reside. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith through our support team.
